Although Carla Morrison did not take home the award for this year’s “Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album” at the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards for Déjenme Llorar, the indie songstress managed to take home two Latin Grammy’s.
The singer won the two gramophones for “Best Alternative Song” and “Best Alternative Music Album” for Déjenme Llorar but had not received them until this past Sunday night.
During a special luncheon organized by Red Bull LA earlier this week and in which the singer met two of her biggest fans, Carla talked to us about the Grammy nomination, her two Latin Grammy wins, and the road she’s traveled to achieve such recognitions in her short career.
