The lead music single to “Eclipse”, the third and latest series from the Twilight saga, happens to be none other than Muse’s “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)”.
Although the song was not written with the film in mind and was actually released by the band in early May, “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)” lyrically captures the love battle between the films lead characters, Bella Swan and Edward Cullen.
The song begins with a piano solo before kicking gear very much á la Muse.
The English rock band who captivated audiences worldwide with singles such as “Time is Running Out”, “Hysteria” (Absolution, 2004) and “Knights of Cydonia” (Black Holes and Revelations, 2006), is also the only band to be featured on all three of the Twilight soundtracks.
Although the “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)” music video includes brief shots of what’s to be expected in “Twilight: Eclipse”, it stays clear from giving away any serious spoilers. So watch at ease.
