The date for the 13th Latin Alternative Music Conference is set for July 11-13. The event will once again take place in New York City but at a new, soon-to-be disclosed location. Registration opens next month.

The conference combines panels, exhibits, showcases, and networking opportunities as well as live performances by both emerging and solidified Latin acts of the moment.  Past performing artists have included Manu Chao, Aterciopelados, Enrique Bunbury, Gustavo Cerati, Café Tacuba, Pilar Diaz, Francisca Valenzuela, and various other music innovators.

It is considered that the LAMC is the most extensive gathering of Latinos in entertainment to be offered by a music conference to date. More information about the LAMC 2012 will be confirmed in the coming days.
