The Jagermeister Music Tour brought headliners Molotov to the Observatory at Santa Ana, CA this Sunday. The tour included openers latin alternative band Vim Furor and heavy screamo band Sangre.

Latin alternative band Vim Furor brought the audience into an easy rocking atmosphere. The band had the crowd dancing and jumping to their pop rock tunes. Check them out here.

Local heavy rockers Sangre brought the audience into mosh pits with deep drumming and insane guitars. Although the band is different from the sounds of Molotov, Sangre had the crowd going by transmitting their passion through the screams of the vocalists.

Molotov sang music from most of their albums, including a cover of El Tri and a mash up of their songs with Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

They sang hits like “Frijolero” and “Noko” from their Dance And Denso Denso album, “Ch*nga Tu Madre” and “Gimme Tha Power” from their Donde Jugaran Las Niñas album, and also more recent material “Santo Niño de Atocha.” During “Frijolero” the band showed their Mexican pride with the colors of el tri shown throughout the stage. The band’s chemistry showed while they playfully insulted each other and kept the crowd laughing and jumping with agreement at a sudden verse.

During the talent’s set, the crowd responded to their high energy with mosh pits, jumping throughout the crowd and body surfing. Several major fans reached the stage, got on top and dove into the crowd. Security was at its highest, and a few overly drunken fans were escorted out.

After noting their closing song “Put*” as an anthem towards the politics rather than the gay community, Molotov ended the outrageous show with the crowd’s most anticipated song.
