La Ley nuevo disco Doble Opuesto

What many have been waiting for since the announcement of La Ley’s return after being separated for almost a decade is finally here. On Wednesday morning, the group’s social networks announced the first dates of their new tour, aptly titled “Retour”.

La Ley has already played excellent live shows at several festivals in Latin America such as the Viña Del Mar Festival in their homeland Chile and Mexico’s Vive Latino, but the official announcement of their tour had not been made until now.  Included among these dates it’s their participation in the annual Reventón Superestrella on July 19 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Although the tour promises to be long and to cover the whole country, the group only announced their first 8 dates that will take place in October and November in California, Texas, North Carolina and Florida.  General ticket sales for all shows will start on Friday, May 23, through Ticketmaster.

La Ley is one of Latin rock’s most representative bands of all time. The announcement of their return to the stage created a buzz and a high level of anticipation among the media as well as joy among their fans who know that the opportunity to see them live on stage again is a reality that is moving closer and closer.

Since their first show at the Viña del Mar Festival, the same place where they said their farewell over 9 years ago announcing their separation for an indefinite time, until their performance at the Vive Latino Festival in México in April of this year, with an audience of over 70,000 people, La Ley has been leaving their characteristic musical mark that has influenced a great number of Latin rock groups on the entire continent.

La Ley just finished two intense weeks covering intimate showcases as well as traveling to Miami, California and Texas to promote their most recent release called Retour. This record features the Chilean group’s greatest hits which were especially chosen by the members of the band, Beto Cuevas, Mauricio Clavería and Pedro Frugone.
