“Sounds like a cheap way for them to make money off the band name without putting aside their differences and doing a reunion tour that I would much rather pay for

This is what long-time fanatic, John Reamy, had to say about the one-night-only screening the band will do in the US with Oasis: Supersonic.

Oasis has not release any new music since “Dig Out Your Soul” back in 2008. The band split in 2009 due to constant feuds between the Gallagher brothers therefore this could very well be our only shot of reminiscing on the best hits the English band gave us and enjoying at least a virtual reunion.

“Oasis was like a Ferrari, great to look at, great to drive and it’ll fucking spin out of control every now and again.”

The meteoric rise and epic explosion of the rock-and-roll supernova that was Oasis will be projected on selected movie theaters in California on Wednesday October 26th, 2016. If this is your first time reading about this, click here to purchase your tickets ASAP!

The ArcLight  in Hollywood will feature the film until Sunday October 30th!

Noel Gallagher:

Oasis' greatest strength was me and Liam, it's also what drove the band intro the ground in the end.

What the critics are saying:

“Like spending two hours between Liam and Noel Gallagher, for better or worse.”

David Ehrlich from indieWIRE

“It may surprise people who’ve experienced the Gallaghers only in tabloid-fodder mode that “Supersonic” teems with stirring and even moving moments.”

Glenn Kenny from the New York Times

“Offers a nostalgic glimpse back at a band that made lasting music and enjoyed massive success despite its own drug abuse and malfunction.”

Jeff Albertson from Seattle Times
