In its 7th edition, Skanking Reggae Festival – the one-day Ska & Reggae celebration with a guiding purpose to solidify and unite Los Angeles’ scenes, returns to the Shrine Expo Hall with a exciting lineup from around the world.  The festival mixes some of the most notorious Latin and American bands of the genres for a full day of non-stop party.
