 Dance as entertainment and dance as an art form are two totally different things. As different as they are, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible for them to co-exist. However, it’s not always to come across with dance concerts that are extremely artistic yet entertaining. When private dance studios put together shows, their main focus is to entertain. The Agoura Hills Dance & Performing Arts Center is no exception with their 2008 showcase with a variety of “show” dance.
If you want to be entertained and “ooh-aah”-d, then check this out. There is nothing cuter than toddler’s twirling on stage with stunning ballerina costumes. However, this concert is not for everyone. It’s more family centered, so take your sis or cousin/ niece, it’s something they’ll really appreciate. Plus, it’s always nice to spend a Saturday night with la familia every once in a while. Where: Fred Kavli Theatre
