 This 2007 Pulitzer Prize winner makes its premiere in the O.C. It’s tag-line gives a lot of the plot and none of it at the same time: “somewhere there are other versions of us where everything goes our way”. The story line is simple and not hard to follow yet it has a certain complexity to it. It all revolves around a family- The Corbetts, who have everything a regular family could want… until their world is turned upside down.
Teeming with heartbreak, compassion, wit and honesty, “Rabbit Hole” is a nuanced and delicate piece of theater about family relationships, loss and hope. Having won or been nominated for almost every major playwright award in the country, “Rabbit Hole” is widely regarded as one of the best new plays written in the last 25 years.
