He keeps everything straight-out and real, without exaggerating or sugar-coating things. Nowadays memoirs have lost credibility thanks to the blurred line between what’s actually real and what is an exaggeration.That’s not the case in this book.Some work hard to bring sexy back, Shields strives to bring actual genuine memoirs back.
