DisciplineEverybody knows that Janet Jackson has not delivered a decent album in years now, probably her last good material was “The Velvet Rope” released in the late 90’s.  She was known for commanding people to the dance floor and for her sexual demeanor and her come hither approach to music, for a couple of albums she delivered some good R&B/ Pop.

Since then she has released four albums que han pasado sin pena ni Gloria.  Her last effort “20 Y.O.” was a major flop and caused her to flee her recording company and join her boyfriend in Island Def Jam.  Janet’s 10th studio album promised to be a return to her roots.  While “Discipline” somewhat touches base with what Janet Jackson once was it’s nowhere near.  “Discipline” is filled with disposable filler tracks and her always used interludes- before they caused a ruckus ahora solo dan weba.
“Discipline” is an okay album, for once not produced by Timbaland or Danja.  The highlight tracks are those that have a hint of old school Janet.  “So Much Betta” samples Daft Punk’ s “Daftendirekt” creating a bomb track- so good it can’t be pop.

Must [legally] download songs: So Much Betta, Rollercoaster, 2Nite

Hi, my name is Rafael Alejandro Acero Hernandez, and I'm an alcoholic.   I don't drink beer.  I'm addicted to chocolate.   I'm a bit bipolar and every once in a while obsessive/ compulsive.   I have a really short attention span.  I don't believe in labels, I'm not defined by what I do or by who I do- for that matter.   I'm a writer, an actor, a dancer, BUT nothing is better than being a professional a$$hole.  Soy un chilango incomprendido, y como tal- valemadrista a morir.
