Over EatingSo you’ve ate too much over the Christmas holiday and now you’re left feeling like a turd of a whale. Pero quién te manda comerte los tamales de pollo, de rajas, y de dulce. Y para acabar, bien que te echaste los tamales Guatemaltecos! Allí si que no te quejabas ¿verdad? Andabas bien entrada con tu four course meal, y ahora has quedado sintiéndote un asco, te preguntas por qué diablos no puedes dormir boca abajo durante la noche!

No solamente durante la epoca navideña deberíamos de practicar el self-control. Pero viene al caso que en estos días, la gente se la pasa comiendo más de lo que debe. Así es que si para principios del 2008 quedas hecha una bola, tal vez para la otra tratarás de controlar tus tripas.  

 

ACTIVE MOTIVATION

Porque de nada sirve que tengas las ganas de perder unas libritas de más si en verdad no haces algo al respeto. Therefore, mentally prepare yourself by saying each morning, “I can do it!”

If you overate simply because the endless amounts of food followed your every move, then you can loose the excess weight just as easily as you consumed it. Simply clear your mind of all your worries, set a game plan in your head of what you want your daily intake to be, set an exercise schedule that is realistic to your life style, and put those two things into effect every day. By setting your mind to a game plan and preparing yourself mentally for the task ahead, your body will automatically respond and be ready for both a change in eating habits and in daily activity. 

 

OVER-EATING
