If there’s an artist that revolutionized and came to be the face of pop art, that’s Andy Warhol. Whether it was his obsession with Marilyn Monroe, neon colors, or his fixation with Campbell’s soup cans, Andy Warhol undoubtedly became an icon of all things kitsch and pop. Not many knew the other Warhol side which, while still outrageous and bold, it was more toned down and grounded. The Michael Kohn Gallery proudly presents “Photographs”, a collection with over 200 black and white pictures taken by Andy Warhol. |

There is nothing “gayer” than a play like this, however regardless of their homosexual thematic and synopsis, it appeals to all audiences. It’s touching, entertaining, and it even raises political and social awareness- con tacones y lentejuelas incluidas. |

The Carmichael Gallery of Contemporary Art is proud to present “move A head”, a solo exhibition by California-based artist Amandalynn. In this exhibit Amandalynn manages to transform the gallery into an uncanny venue. She seems to be a firm believer of the saying “dos cabezas piensan major que una”, and even then, takes it up a notch. Heads and headless pieces are the main attraction. |

Highways Performance Space and Gallery does it yet once again. From the venue that brought you “Testiculish” and other edgy and shameless productions comes “The Quarterly Report XXX”. This ensemble is made up of several writers and performers that get together to explore issues- political, personal, sexual, et al.
